My name is Barbara. I have been dealing with hair loss for many years due to thyroid problems as well as cancer treatment. My never never grew back and I am coming to terms with the fact that it never will. After years of hiding the hair loss by wearing only a slicked back ponytail (for EVERY occasion) I decided to try multiple things including very expensive systems, hair fillers and wigs which I can’t wear due the shape of the back of my head. One day I discovered toppers (actually, my mom did). I decided to look further into them and found Uniwigs! I have done a couple of videos on my journey, tips n tricks and even a DIY peice that I use. I’m happy be part of this group so we can all share and learn from and support each other.
